"I was looking for quotes for a new furnace since mine was over 20 years old and failed, so decided to have it replaced along with the matched central air conditioner unit. "Weatherking was the only company offering to come out the same day. It was the middle of summer and everyone seemed to need service on their air conditioning units. Weatherking was able to get to us by the end of the hottest day of the year. They came out and assessed the situation and fixed the problem on the spot. They walked me through their findings and how they determined the issue. After the part was replaced the air conditioner has been working great. I would definitely hire Weatherking for service again."

"Scheduling the appointment was the hardest part of this job.  The owner was unresponsive. It took a long time just to get the appointment scheduled.  The two installers who showed up were nice.  They were clear on the requirements to install the fans, including the need to install special converters to the wiring.  They worked quickly and efficiently ( I did pre-assemble the fans as much as I could to help save time). They were clean.  The job was done well.  I would hire them again.  I would just like the owner to work a little on his customer service skills.

"A++++++++++. We had just purchased a new dryer and wanted to have the vent system cleaned before it was installed. They were able to do it the day after we called. They were prompt, efficient and professional. A week after the dryer was installed, we had an error code that implied a blockage. Just to make sure it wasn't a vent issue, I called Lowe's to discuss the issue. They offered to come out free of charge to check the system for me and were even able to come that evening. The team was incredibly professional and checked the whole system. They even snaked a camera through the whole system so that I could see it was clear. It ended up being an issue with the dryer itself but I was very reassured by the fact that they were able to show me that the vent system was clear. It is so rare to have service like this these days and I will be using Lowe's for as long as I live in the area and will recommend to all my friends.

"Received three bids on the replacement of our furnace with a high-efficiency Carrier unit, and All Weather beat every estimate. Ray discussed the furnace with me and how to gain the most efficiency from the furnace and included as part of the quote a 4” filter housing and the Carrier thermostat specific to the unit in the price – something the other companies wanted to charge more for. Installation was performed within a week of our acceptance of the quote. Installation was quick and painless, and the installer was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable and did a high-quality, professional installation.
