"Shortly after posting my project on Angieâ s List, Jake was the first to call me about doing the work, and offered to come over right then to do it - on a Sunday late afternoon! No overtime rate! After an initial unforeseen difficulty, and another little surprise delay, overall the job went quickly and Jakeâ s expertise overcame any surprises. He then stuck around to make sure I was comfortable with the new equipment, offering suggestions from his experience on options to choose, then repeatedly checking if I was satisfied with the final setup. He was pleasant and professional at all times, and knew what he was doing. Also, his prices were reasonable. I would hire him again, no problem."
