The owner Ralph (and his foreman Eric) is the consummate professional and a great guy. He spent the time to go through what we wanted to accomplish with the project and quoted us a great price. I think we signed the contract on a Friday and the dumpster for the demo was in our driveway by Tuesday. In our project, we renovated the entire upstairs (including hardwood floors), reconstructed the stairway, replaced our front door, and renovated our refinished basement (including carpeting and electrical). We are thrilled with the quality of the work and plan on hiring him again. This was our first major renovation and Ralph took the time to explain and guide us through it. The one area that we most appreciated was the regular communication keeping us updated on the progress and the inevitable issues that come up in a big project. "Responded promptly to home advisor inquiry. Discovered a small hole in roof while in attic. They came out an repaired quickly for a reasonable price. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."
