"Booked for the company to sand and poly our floors job took a week longer then anticipated and employees kept getting the coating wrong to match the other side of the floor that they did. Now just 2 weeks after my floors are scratched up everywhere I believe the incorrect amount of polyurethane was put down. Maybe if I had stood in there and watched them the entire job it would have been different. Owners promised to give us a good deal on my other floors because of the issues but never got back to me with even a quote and was clearly just saying that to us to shut us up and get paid. Even after we had issues the owner kept sending the same employees back inside of coming to fix the issue himself. "

"Jeff Jones was a pleasure to work with. While he'd estimated 3 full days to install hardwood flooring in 3 rooms, his crew of 3 finished in a day and a half. They were professional, prompt, did an excellent job, and were very careful and clean. They did all the sawing outside on my deck, and kept vacuuming, which almost totally eliminated any sawdust residue. The floor looks gorgeous and I'm 100% happy with the job they did and would recommend American Floor Service without reservation. Jeff is also very responsive to emails and/or phone calls. You won't go wrong hiring this company for your flooring needs."

"This was our first time working with Steve, and it was a great experience. We requested a quote during a larger home renovation and found that the price was very competitive. Steve was also willing to work around our changing timetable and fit us into a tight window alongside other contractors' schedules. He routinely checked in on our timing and was able to accommodate us quickly once we were ready for the wood to be installed. The crew was amazing—courteous, polite, and extremely hard-working. They ensured everything was done to our satisfaction and even stayed late on the final day to complete the job and clean up. Their work was excellent. It’s worth noting that the lumber company—not Minuteman—delivered some boxes of the wrong color wood. Steve was extremely responsive, ensured the mistake was corrected, and made sure it did not delay the project. To me, that is the mark of a great contractor. The team even repaired our bathroom subfloor, which was outside the scope of the project. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we truly appreciate the team’s dedication to the project.
