"Being out-of-state, Justin from Crawlspace solutions was a Godsent. I spoke to 3 other crawlspace solutions, and Justin was by far the most knowledgeable. Head-and-shoulders above the other companies. Redeemersâ Group from Memphis (with operations in Little Rock) didnâ t properly install my EzFlow system. Justin gave me a discount, even though he had nothing to do with the original installation. He and his team repaired the installation done incorrectly by Redeemerâ s group on their own. He visited the property multiple times, to check on the installation and followed up to make sure that the dehumidifiers and sump pumps were working properly. Sent me pictures throughout the process, which helps since Iâ m out of town. Unlike the other companies I spoke to and have used in the past, Justin doesnâ t seem to just be interested in a sale. He constantly follows up and touches base to make sure that Iâ m informed and comfortable with the process. In short, seemed to care about my project and me. Really rare in business nowadays. "I love my new shower surround from Bath Planet of Arkansas! Chris was very helpful from the beginning through the end of the installation. I went into the showroom with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Chris helped me figure out a beautiful fit for my bathroom. When the installers came to my house they were kind and very respectful of my home. They covered up all the floor surfaces where they walked in and out of my home. When the job was done they cleaned up perfectly. Afterwards, the office called to follow up to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas!"

"It was disorganized in the beginning. They were supposed to come between 10am and 12pm, but they had a cancellation so they arrived around 8:15. I am the only person allowed to pay vendors, and I do not arrive until 9. After looking at the sink, the plumber said the sink could burst at any moment, so a coworker approved service on the sink. It felt like fear-mongering. The plumber tightened some bolts underneath the sink, but after he left, my coworker was able to move the faucet. The plumber then asked for payment, my coworker said he did not have the authorization to pay him. My coworker said when I arrived at 9am, I could pay him with a credit card, or he could leave an invoice and receive payment that way. The plumber seemed irritated and walked out. (then don't come earlier than planned and make my coworker uncomfortable??) Another plumber came later in the morning, while I was there. He called the first plumber to follow up on his comment that the pipes could burst at any moment, he didn't see anything to indicate that was the case. The first plumber said he did not say that. Communication was disorganized, but the second plumber was thorough and showed me what he had done, and what the next steps would be if the repair did not hold/if our clients loosen the faucet in the future. The project was completed, just with some extra steps in the middle."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to David Ward and Metro Appliance store people in Lowell, Arkansas for resolving our dissatisfaction issue in one day that was never resolved with Frigidaire/Electrolux Service. Our part replacement issue was ongoing for 6 weeks. I and my husband love all Frigidaire appliances that were sold by Metro Appliances to our new home builder. Especially the Microwave product #PMBS3080BFA. In short, we like the appliances for the best performance, looks and durability at reasonable pricing. Unfortunately, the microwave needed the turntable motor replacement in original manufacturer's warranty by Electrolux Service. The service technician accidentally dropped the trim kit on the floor and damaged it. He promised to replace it but he never did. The Electrolux Service Representatives tried to resolve this issue in 8 phone calls that my husband placed without success. We just received false promises from same service technician and service people. This is when David and Metro Appliance came to the rescue. Metro Appliances didn't cause the issue but they took a responsibility making sure to make a customer happy. David procured new trim part in one day and have it ready for pick up next day free of charge. We need more people like Metro Appliances have to make our lives better. The products they sell and their showroom in Lowell AR are beautiful. I will recommend everyone I know to shop there."
