"They converted an existing closet into a 3/4 bathroom and created a new closet. We designed the project but John had several ideas to better use the space and add more storage; custom built shelves and drawer, slate tile floors. If I had it to do all over again Petrie Enterprises would be my first and only choice. Building a home, with all the decisions that need to be made and a myriad of perplexing, unfamiliar considerations, is not easy for the uninitiated! I had no idea what I was getting into, but in Mark I found an honest, always accessible, ever accountable guide whose expertise and character I could absolutely trust. He always knew what he was talking about, explained alternatives clearly and patiently, offered perspectives when asked, and then fully respected my final choices.
