"Dave has done a couple projects for us and weâ ll hire him again when the need arises. He installed an attic fan that we never had before, cutting through our roof and ensuring the flashing and shingles were all in place to keep rain and moisture out. He walked us through the install so that we could operate the fan through our WiFi. He also repaired eves under our roofline that were heavily damaged from water and improper flashing from the original roof install. You would never know the work was done. The eves match the rest of the house and roofline perfectly. I mostly appreciate how much Dave explained what he was seeing and our options for each project. Heâ s a straight forward professional who cares about the quality of his work and that his customers are satisfied with their options and costs thereof."

Our job was a fairly large one, replacing carpet with new, finished in place hardwoods for almost 3700 sq feet. When moving our furniture back into the house, a large object was dropped and it gouged our beautiful floors! I was devastated!
