"I hired Aleks about 18 months ago to rebuild my porch exterior. The beam holding the overhang was warping and had to be replaced, but the company did not do the rebuild of the coverings or railing. He quoted a competitive price and I went with him. Two rainy seasons and everything is perfect and I couldnâ t be happier. I also had some leaking in the garage. He diagnosed the issue as rotting window encasing and replaced all the wood surrounding my front windows without extending the job timing as a fair cost. I had two other people look at the same issue and neither completely fixed the problem. No leaking water to the garage since he completed the job. Would hire again instantly."

"Dave has done a couple projects for us and weâ ll hire him again when the need arises. He installed an attic fan that we never had before, cutting through our roof and ensuring the flashing and shingles were all in place to keep rain and moisture out. He walked us through the install so that we could operate the fan through our WiFi. He also repaired eves under our roofline that were heavily damaged from water and improper flashing from the original roof install. You would never know the work was done. The eves match the rest of the house and roofline perfectly. I mostly appreciate how much Dave explained what he was seeing and our options for each project. Heâ s a straight forward professional who cares about the quality of his work and that his customers are satisfied with their options and costs thereof."

Siam worked with us through out the project giving ideas and suggestions. Also allowing us to choose our products and help us cutting the cost being a very big project. He gave price list for every single work. We compared the cost with a couple of others but Siam seemed to be reasonable. Also others came up for a minimum 5month timeline but Siam was able to complete within 2.5 months though he had a couple of other active projects. Excellent commitment and work."
