"All went according to plan. Justin (hope I remember that right) was promptly at my home on Saturday morning. He explained what he was going to do (check the furnace) and verify operation (he found two contactors/relays that were starting to age and recommended replacement soon.) After doing the furnace checkout, he proceeded to get ready to go under the house. We laid out a large covercloth to prevent dirt on the carpet and down he went. All said and done he had the main bedroom vent open (it was jammed by the vent cleaning company) and provided me an option on the air leak. The technician Justin was friendly, explained things completely, was always respectful of my home and me, and was a pleasure to have do the work. He obviously knew his job and completely answered all my questions."

"Great company! I met them at a home show and had them come out and give a bid on taking out my old heater and replacing with a heat pump and air handler. Jeremy came out and gave a very thorough bid with several options on compressor/air handler combo. We ended up choosing a middle of the line solution that was very competitively priced in comparison with the other bids we got. What sold me was their attention to customer service and the ratings they received. This was not a cheap system and I wanted someone who would stand by their work and work with us to our satisfaction. I am very pleased. The installer crew showed up on time and went right to work. They found some wiring issues and fixed them as well at no change to bid. They spent a long day but did it all as planned. They took the time to do a walkthrough on the electronic air cleaner and on setting up the new thermostat (it even has weather forecasts on it!) and operation of the system. Again, very happy with that touch. I am also planning on a yearly maintenance contract that extends the warranty of the system if I continue to use them (which I will) for up to ten years. Janice in the front office kept me well informed throughout the process as well, even scheduling inspections. This is a great company that listens to the consumer and does what they say they will. I Highly recommend them to anyone!!"

"Worked with Greenwood Heating and Air on a furnace replacement and only have excellent things to say about the company and team. Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. She was always available for follow-up questions, providing answers that really helped us decide on getting a new system (Trane XC80 furnace with air scrubber) via Greenwood H+A. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. "Review for Bassett Home Heating, Inc.: In early February of 2022, John Bassett of Bassett Home Heating, Inc., the representative of the family-owned and operated heating and cooling company, responded when I asked for an estimate to remove an old gas furnace and install a new gas furnace and an air-conditioner in its place. John showed up on time and discussed the project in detail. In addition to the fact that Bassett featured American Standard products, I was impressed by the 3-year maintenance agreement (A/C and furnace) I could purchase wherein a company representative would stop by each winter and each summer to maintain our new furnace and air-conditioner. I requested that the furnace and A/C be installed before June and they were installed on May 23 by John’s son, David Bassett. David showed up with a 3-man crew and the installation was completed in less than a day. I was impressed by the competence and professionalism of the installation. Bassett was able to use my existing programmable thermostat (which was fairly new), and David took the time to explain how to operate it for the furnace (heat) and the air-conditioner (cool). The air-conditioner and the furnace have both operated exceptionally well throughout the summer, fall, and upcoming winter. I would rate the total experience as 4 out of 5 stars. Although the products and installation were top notch, communication with the office was inconsistent. I paid the revised balance of my bill shortly after installation (which was less because a new thermostat was not needed). I was told that there were computer problems when I called, emailed or left voicemails requesting a copy of the revised invoice as proof of payment that I could supply to Puget Sound Energy for an energy rebate. Five weeks after installation, I received a revised second invoice and updated paperwork in the mail."

"Rob came out to review our existing system and helped us figure out what kind and brand of heat pump would work best with our system. He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!"

"Cameron who came out to give me the bid was very personable and easy to work with. I had to change the AC unit to qualify for my HOA requirement, and then I decided I wanted the upgraded heater. Once all the changes had been made I set up an installation date with the office. The morning of the installation I received an email with the names (Kyle, Brock, and Colton) of the 3 technicians that would be coming, which I really appreciated. They were here on time and even though we had scheduled 2 days they were able to complete everything in 1 day by staying a little later. The technicians were great! Knowledgeable, friendly, and took care when they had to come inside the house. Pricing was competitive. I would recommend this company."
