"Needed removal of three storm shutters. Was first told by their rep that they would perform the work. Then was told that the owners changed their minds and had decided not to perform the work. Frustrating given that the shutters were their own installed by them several years back (for which I paid for) using their product line. Would recommend looking for a national outfit with a broader reach of service/support options rather than a local outfit who's product no one wants or can service besides them."
