"Ben and his staff know their business. I had them install a sidewalk that had to go under an air conditioner that was on the dirt. They lifted the unit and did a really nice job on the concrete and lowered the a/c unit back on the concrete a couple days after it set. They also installed a flat space where I can set up a telescope or use it for an extra patio space for a table and chairs. All work was completed in a few days, on time and budget. Their rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Property Care Systems and I will contact them again when I am ready to complete the landscaping in the back yard."

"Alan the owner responded quickly to my quote request. He set up a quick time to come over to give us his proposal. Alan gave us a fair quote and started working within a week. From signing to end of project took 20 days. He removed our lawn, moved the boulders around our tree and placed them where we asked. His crew worked great in the hot sun and put in our artificial turf with concrete border in a timely manner. Clean up was done daily and it turned out beautiful! Love it!"

That change resulted in a revised proposal which was also received promptly. Once I accepted the bid the project was put on the schedule and when it was time to do the job Robert always showed up promptly to do the work. The job was done promptly and professionally. The area I had done was an eyesore but after the job was done it was exactly as we discussed and is now beautiful.
