Steve came over the same day we called to test our air to be sure that we were not living in a dangerous situation. He sent air samples that he harvested in numerous places in our home and crawlspace to an outside lab for testing. A few days later he called us to let us know that there was some mold but it was not the dangerous kind. He followed up the phone call with an official report from the lab. The primary souce of the mold was the crawlspace. Steve cleaned up the source of the mold and helped us find the source of water that was causing the problem. He is in the process of cleaning out the crawlspace of debris that was harboring the mold at this time. The odor is now gone and we are so relieved."

"The final results are good, but they are very unresponsive.  It took several calls and e-mails to get the project started and completed.  They had to redo parts of the project because of the bad sub-contractors that they used.  When they did the bar install they also gave us a quote on installing some ceiling fans.  I told them we didn't need them right away, because it was winter, but when it got closer to summer we would want them to do the install.  I have now e-mailed them several times, with no response and called them to try and get them to put in the fans.  We will not use them again.
