"The job was done very nice to begin with, now the cabinets are yellowing due to the heat from my stove. Adam said it could be dirt, which I am the cleanest person I know when it comes to kitchens, or he said it could be the coating gone wrong, which bingo, more like it because the rest of the cabinets are fine. I asked him to come fix them and not for free, that I would pay, and I have been chasing him for over 6 months with here are there responses, but no actions. Super disappointed that people do not stand behind their product, especially being a marketer."

Arthur was amazing at explaining exactly what was going on and easy to reach when we had questions after hours. Joe, Richard and David were all so amazing! They didn't mind the audience of my 11 month old, nor our 26lb mutt. They always communicated with me about what they were doing, what they needed and said good morning and goodbye everyday! We are completely in LOVE with our new bathroom! It was a COMPLETE REMODEL! The guys even found a piece of the Plain Dealer from 1950! Shows you that our bathroom was still original! We will 100% be recommending them to everyone and using them again in the future!!!"

I was given the option of a small amount of discount or an additional cabinet to place on one side. I requested the job be done as contracted, because it is a small kitchen, and every detail measured to get maximum use. He said he would contact me, and then proceeded to ghost me, never returning my calls. Even the resurfacing that was done went unfinished per contract. I am unable to match the custom cabinetry, so now that I have a reliable contractor, my cabinets will be mismatched..which is why I chose him in the first place. He made the mistake, but refuses to take responsibility! Horrible to take advantage of my situation that way."
