Upon arrival, the technician merely took photos of my garage door and informed both me and the warranty company that they would not proceed with replacing the opener due to a few dents on the door unless I replaced the door. They recommended replacing the entire garage door at a cost of $2,000–$3,000. It’s important to note that these cosmetic dents have been present since 2017 and have never impacted the functionality of the opener. I also came across a review from another customer who had a similar experience, where an attempt was made to upsell additional services unrelated to the actual issue.
