"When my wife & I decided to embark on the vision that we had for our home, we had no real idea where to start since we had never done any remodeling before. After the initial call from another contracting company, who seemed way to pushy way to fast, I thought that the process was going to be a hassle! But when I received a call from Duane Haynes & H&H Contracting LCC it seemed like I was talking with a friend that I had know forever! He spoke to me about how he approaches the process & then showed Up 2 days later to speak to us about what we may have thought we wanted to do! He spoke honestly & also had a few thoughts about things we could do that we didn't even think of! Like taking feet off of our closet to add even more open concept! From the moment that we 1st spoke to the last little caulk & Screw Duane & his family were Absolutely Amazing! Things turned out even Better than we had imagined, We couldn't be more Happy! We feel like we not only got a new house out of the deal but we also came away with some new friends! Thank U So Much from Abraham, Nichole, & Gage!"

"We hired Dave to do a entire Kitchen makeover. Dave is the most professional contractor we have worked with. Dave was extremely through, looking out for our interest with subs he hired. Dave receptive to our ideas and worked to facilitate our requests. Our appliance dealer commented that Dave was the most hands on contractor they had meet. We have additional projects coming up in the future and plan to use Dave Laube as our contractor. We recommend anyone planning a remodeling project, talk with Dave Laube to see what he could do for them."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
