Once to see the area and discuss options and again with samples to choose the flooring. I feel that he was very concerned with me being able to have a floor that I could keep as clean easily and helped me figure out how to eliminate the odor as much as possible before installation. The installers were very courteous and prompt. They allowed observation and answered many questions from us. They also gave tips as to how to prevent odor from getting under the new flooring. I recommend this crew and would use them again."
