He assisted with getting the paperwork to my HOA and even finding me a lender. Construction began 8/6 and we were swimming by Labor Day. I know that the recent hot dry weather helped the construction schedule but Jim managed the project well too. I was very concerned about a grapefruit tree near the construction area and came home one day to find the workers watering it for me! Jim was very responsive with questions, texts and calls.
