"We are getting ready to put the house on the market, and actually had another vendor scheduled to clean the carpets. We had to reschedule due to the madness going on in the house, and the other vendor could not reschedule in time. We went to Service Magic, and found cousins, they were able to come in the timeframe that we needed. We had many stains that my wife did not think we could get cleaned, and Cousins got the rug cleaner then my wife expected, and in fact, cleaner then the previous company we used. We HIGHLY recommend them, and in fact, we're having them come back to clean our grout."

"This is a firm that is very concerned about the quality of their work ... a firm that takes pride in high quality and is concerned about any potential lapses. They arrived with a formidable task, cleaning a recently soaked carpet that developed a brown moldy discoloration and fragrance 2 days after the soak. The brown was 5 days old when they arrived. The brown is now gone. They are trustworthy and careful."
