"He was terminated by my lawyer and was reported to the consumer protection department. He installed recessed lights in the kitchen and living room. None of them work. It cannot be turned off in the living room and it doesn't work at all in the kitchen. In addition to that, all electric outlets lost power in the kitchen. He was dragging a 2 weeks project into 4 weeks. He disappeared after saying he didn't know how to fix it. Also all bathroom and kitchen plumbing works wrong. Leaking and improperly connected. He always sends workers from the street. Very rarely show up. Coming very late and disappearing . He got money (100% painting, 50% kitchen, 50% flooring), but he asked $700 more for the incomplete flooring work. He called police to have his few items left because he never showed up again. He got his belongings under the police observation. His cabinet installation, the kitchen cabinet store manager was laughing because he installed the top first which had a 3 inches gap between the ceiling and the cabinet. The store manager said that he had never seen anything like this before. I had to hire the electrical company, the plumber and handyman to fix all of his work. Paid $3,800 to them."

I requested a same day service for him to upholster my sectional sofa, as the one that I purchased was too hard for comfort. I immediately got a feel of respect, responsiveness and willingness to work from this person on Sunday. He told me that he would arrive Monday morning pick up the cushions and deliver it back with within a few hours. My sofa cushions has come back much better than before and it is very comfortable. Generally, I am a very skeptical person but from this person, I got a sense of dignity, honesty, and work ethic. I let him take my sofa cushions without any questions and he communicated with me from start to finish. As a small business owner myself, I really appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to work and I got no sense of being scammed whatsoever. No red flags were raised. "literally the worst. we decided to go with this company, pay a little more, to ensure we would be provided a seamless installation of our new HVAC system and it has been nothing but issues for the past 2 weeks. we’ve had a total of 5 technicians come out on 3 separate occasions, only to leave our house with 3 separate issues that are still not all resolved. the communication has essentially bee nonexistent. i still havent received a call for follow up on the issues we experienced last Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and go with another more reliable, trustworthy company that will listen to their customers and put their customers first."
