"Weather-Tite was recommended to me by a contractor who I trust to evaluate and repair water and moisture issues that I was having in my garage. Bob and his crew did a phenomenal job!! My husband and I are beyond thrilled with the results! They are professional, courteous, and fastidious. Half of my garage is underground, as there is a hill in my front yard leading up to the house. The repair involved excavating dirt along the front of my house next to the garage foundation wall down to the drain pipe, repairing cracks and holes, applying waterproofing and more. The interior wall was cleaned and drylock masonry paint was applied. My landscaping on the outside had to be removed and then put back. They did such a good job that you couldn't even tell it had been moved at all. We also had Bob and his crew complete a second job for us. This involved excavating another trench but in the back of the house along 16 feet of the foundation, replacing a drain pipe and waterproofing. They were at our house for three days. During that time and after we had torrential rain and everything stayed dry!!! I highly recommend Weather-Tite Waterproofing, Inc.!"

"I called Arid when my sump pump that the previous owner left died during a rain storm. I spoke with Pat, who was extremely responsive, honest, and professional. Pat was very understanding as I explained that water had come up into the basement through the sump well. He sold me on a primary and backup pump system with battery backup and sent his crew out to my home that day. The installation took about 40 min and 20 min after the pump was installed, the water levels dropped back to normal. I have already hired Arid again to come back and perform a liner install around the pump and will look to Pat and his team in the future for all my basement waterproofing needs."

"I bought my house in 5/2016. Since then the house has developed sever draining issues and flooded several times in a non flood zone during heavy rain. I put in a Sub pump and it couldnt keep up with heavy rain. Mike was very quick to set up an estimate once he got the lead. He understood the full scope of the issue and took the time to get everything i needed. Mike and his team scheduled the job quickly, worked efficiently and completed the job same day. The price was great and when curveballs were there during the job they handled them too The drainage is not 100% fixed but what they did made it 95% better. Itll be a while until i stop freaking out when i hear the word "Rain" and i still monitor drainage during rain. It has only rained twice since the work was done. "Did a fantastic job fixing the foundation on one side of my house and installing a 10' outdoor sump pump. He also installed a 'rock garden' and french drain to improve drainage on the side of my house near a retaining wall- it not only works great but looks great too. "From the initial phone call to the completion of the job Quality 1st provided top notch professional service. A couple points which makes this easy to write. Communication is key whether in person or via telephone and Q1 was exceptional in this regard at every point. Telephone conversations with customer services was pleasant and cordial, never rushed or snotty. Paul our salesman was here for quite a while answering questions and assessing our needs in the basement. Of only was he on time for our appointment he was about 10 minutes early too. The cost of this project was a good chunk of change for us but after too many times of shop-vac’ing water we knew it was time to bite the bullet and move forward with making life a little easier and not have the issue of when will we get water in the basement again hanging over our heads. I was impressed that Quality 1st uses their own products and has their own R&D facilities. As for the installation, enough cannot be said for the crew that was here. I got the call at 9am they would be here in 20 minutes and at 9:20 they were backing in my driveway. I met the foreman Mario and his 2 helpers. We went into the basement and they looked around and asked if I had any questions. We had almost everything out of the basement and what was left they covered in plastic. By 9:50am they were running the jackhammers. We have a 1,500 sqft ranch and these guys worked all day, they didn’t stop and worked their tails off. I can’t remember exactly when the jackhammer stopped but by 2 pm the channel was dug out and they were beginning to lay out for the channel that carries the water to the sump. About 4pm Kyle showed up to assess the job and see if I had any questions or concerns. We spoke about the job and we went downstairs to see the progress. He stayed on site for about 45 minutes after making sure I was comfortable with how the job was going. By 5:15 or so the job was completely finished. Before they left Mario went over everything regarding the sump system. As far as cleanup, this is a dusty job. Concrete dust is ultra fine and they did a fantastic job of not only sweeping but they also dusted off areas which were not covered in plastic. They left no mess to speak of., I was very satisfied with their work and attention to detail. It’s easy to nitpick any job at anytime and there is nothing I would call them out on. Finally as for the functionality of the sump system I wish I had a comment on that at this time. We’ve lived in our house for 25 years and until around Thanksgiving of this year (2018) we’ve only had water about 4 times. Between Thanksgiving (2018) and New Years (2019) we got slammed 4 times and nothing since. With the symptoms of how our basement got water, I feel comfortable with the system Quality 1st installed and am confident they will stand behind their work and warranty. We’re also happy this is transferable to the next homeowner when we sell the house and it is an excellent selling point when the time comes."
