Told me how best to not have same thing happen again. Was in and out in less than 10 mins. He even helped me do a small task because I asked for quick advice on an unrelated problem I had. He actually did it for me. Also in under a minute. Dude was just that good. He’s a wonderful employee and represents his company Elite very well well. "Beware of this appliance repair company! They claim to be experts but have no idea what theyre doing. We hired them to fix our leaking thermador refrigerator. After the first visit, they said we had to replace a specific part. They came with the wrong part then another visit with the supposed correct one. We paid for the part and service charge and the leak continued. They came back and said we had to replace another part which we did an again paid for the part and repair. The issue persisted. They came back and said we had to replace another part which we did. It still didn?t resolve the issue. Finally they said leave your fridge open for 48 hours and it?ll resolve itself. Months later, and endless back and forth with them including about 10 visits we STILL have a leaking fridges we paid so much $$ changed parts that didn?t need to be changed and are at the same point we started before calling them. They are also incredibly rude and condescending. Stay away!"
