Over the course of multiple days, we watched them take excessive breaks, stand around, play on their phones, fiddle with tools, and not get any actual work done. Our neighbors witnessed the same thing. We expressed our concerns to Aaron and even took pictures and video proof of his employees? lack of productivity ? but he refused to acknowledge it and would not view our videos. The work wasn't even completed and we were sent an invoice for more than double the original quote. When we disputed the unfair bill, Aaron threatened to place a lien on our home. I needed a new irrigation timer to be hardwired and a complete redo of my valves in the front yard. He checked the valve box in the backyard and found a leak and replaced it as well as fixing other miscellaneous leaks. I found his price to be very reasonable and he used very good quality parts.(not large box store cheap valves). I am very satisfied with his workmanship.
