I wouldn't hire them to change a light bulb. And NO MR. ELECTRIC.....my appointment was scheduled for the MORNING and I kept the email that says that. If you'd like to see it.....send me your email and I'll forward it to you. There was NO confusion on my part. It was YOUR company that dropped the ball. Time for you to OWN IT and don't blame the customer who waited 4 weeks to only get stood up. Here's the email YOU guys sent me.....Read it. It says IN THE MORNING. "Horrible! They do good work and they should because they're the most expensive company in town, but they can never get the appointment times right and the guys always show up late and I'm told three different things from three different operators when I call to find out where they're at. This happens every time I schedule an appointment with them. I'm getting tired of it and thinking of canceling my contract with them. Horrible customer service. The drivers aren't even in good communication with whomever sets the appointments or the ladies in the office."
