"Ordondez Construction of Albuquerque replaced my old cedar wooden fence with a new one (130 feet long and 6 feet high). They removed the old fence and then they installed 4 inch cross-section steel posts, 2 feet deep in concrete, and welded steel crossbars to the posts. They then attached 6 inch by 6 foot cedar slats using 5 metal screws per slat. We couldn't ask for a better job! They completed the job in 2 1/2 days and cleaned up well. I highly recommend them! "

"Caldera’s Tile is fantastic! They just installed five rooms of tile at my home and did a beautiful job. They definitely know what they are doing. We choose larger tile (24x48) and had a couple other contractors tell us the tile was too large for our area. Juan and his crew had experience with this size tile and knew how to handle it with no problems. Juan understood our vision and was brainstorming with my wife when he came over to quote the job. It was evident he knew what he was talking about and had the experience we were looking for. That sold us on Caldera’s. His price was competitive and he was able to schedule us within a week. Juan was great about communicating too. He always notified us if he would be late or who from his crew was coming to work. "Worst experience I've ever had. The salesmen seemed good at first, and turned into a typical salesman that did not follow through on anything promised. I wanted Metal roofing, originally he said he can make it happen, when insurance approved everything, then he came back and said the market for metal is too high right now. I asked him to quote me anyways that i would be willing to pay out of pocket. He said he would and never did. I have an addition built onto our house and my #1 issue that i wanted addressed was that i wanted a seamless roof, i didn't want it to look patched together like it was an add on. He said he understood and would get it done right. NOPE, have shingles on the whole roof, and rolled out roofing material on the addition. I asked him to come take a look when the installers were done as i thought the quality of the work was horrible. Paint scratches, drip edge cut horribly and done half assed. He said he would take pictures and let me know. Never heard from him. i followed up a few days later, he said the office was reviewing the photos and would get back with no later than one day. It's been over a week and no word. If you want a cheap roof that is going to cost you alot of money, go ahead and use this company. I would stay away though. Horrible service. I'm scared if i have a warranty issue if i will even get it fixed. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
