"The plumber was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. He had good communication skills and seemed to truly like his profession. His charges were reasonable and he took care of his business thoroughly. I also asked him for a quote for a potential future job and he gave me the information right then and there with some sage advice as well. I would hire him again. A good experience."

"What a great experience! I called Best Plumbing around 8:15am after I realized I had a major issue and by 1:40pm that day Julian was there. Julian was informative and honest. I was charged exactly what I was quoted. After fixing my blocked pipe, I received 2 follow up calls asking about my service and satisfaction. I would highly recommend Best Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services. Thank you for such a positive experience!"

"We hired another company to install two new shut off valves in our basement. Our house is very old and actually has lead pipes coming into the house. The original plumber installed the valves and left without the water being turned back on. When it finally was turned on, there was a small leak in the compression fitting to the main line. So, we called Slades to come fix the problem. John was upfront about his service call pricing and hourly rate, and I found both to be completely reasonable. The best part of my interaction with Slades, however, is that I no longer have to worry about the problem. While my original plumber (a company that touted their decades of experience) had every excuse as to why the job could not be done properly, John simply solved the problem. Here is my highest form of praise: If I ever have another plumbing problem that I can't fix, I'm calling Slades."
