"Great experience from beginning to the end of the project, Salesman came to our house with enough samples after we spoke with the company on what we were looking for. He educated us on the different kinds of carpet so we could make a choice, and then set up an install date.On the date of the install the lead installer called that morning stating a time frame on when they would show up to install the carpet. They showed up on time moved the furniture that was to be moved, did the tear out of the old carpet and installed the new carpet. Afterwards they did the final clean up. New carpet looks great, we are very satisfied with our experience with every aspect from the salesman coming to our house, the office l personnel to the installers, they all did a good job. I would recommend The Carpet Guys as we did shop around and they gave us the customer service from start to finish in all aspects of the project."
