"Chris and his crew are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, work was excellent and efficient. They were able to take down & stump grind a large pine situated between two houses and a garage, next to a driveway & utility wires, without collateral damage and with good cleanup. Large dead branches from an ash tree were removed without incident to screen porch, neighbors garage, or garden. (Note - done in approx 2 hours). Stump removal was different day from cutting. And bonus - no problem with trimming overhanging branches from a neighbor's small trees, which are below a power line. Some contractors I contacted wouldn't do those, despite the fact that DTE already went through and did all the trimming around the lines. Contacting LaFountain can be challenging during peak periods. Initially I did not get a callback from my HomeAdvisor request, their phone mailbox was full for a few days, and they normally work/take calls M-F no weekends. If mailbox is full, you can leave messages via their website. On second attempt I was able to call and arrange visit for estimate."

"Amanda and her crew are the best! They gave me an incredibly fair estimate and removed my trees on the same day, only 3 hours later. I really, really appreciate how accommodating they were regarding my budget, and I'm pretty sure no one else can beat their prices or customer service. They really did everything they could to help me get this project realized. They were super professional and wasted to time at all. They rolled up with like 6 or 8 guys and got to work within minutes. Only 45 minutes later the trees were gone, I couldn't believe it! I can't say enough good things about JP's Tree Service. They are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone without a second thought. We're already planning to hire them again at a later point to get some stumps removed/ground down, and if we ever need anything else done in terms of tree removal or trimming, they are definitely the ones were calling first. "Joey was sent out right away to do the work and did a really nice job on getting all the weeds cleaned out. Anthony was really responsive taking calls and responding to texts and providing good service for a good price. We recommended others already and one of the referrals already had work done and they are satisfied, too. We were surprised they will service other cities, so that was nice. I really loved not having to get into some contract like other companies demand or having no choice but to have 3 men come out for a minimum of $180 for just an hour. I was so relieved this WASNT THE CASE with this company!! Not everyone needs that higher level of work and has a smaller job like we did (its only some weeds in the flower beds for goodness sakes). We will use them again!! Five stars all the way!! :)"
