Showed up for the quote when we scheduled the first meeting and we were very impressed with the overall experience. The deck they built was spot on and perfect for our needs. They did make some recommendations as to how it would look and work better for us and we went with their decisions and are so happy and impressed. "Two stars because the work was eventually finished, but they left work partially completed with a dormer exposed to rain for several weeks. They also sent a finished work certification before the work was done to ask me to certify that it was complete. The owner discounted the work slightly, but it was a bad experience that delayed the house renovation and I do not recommend this contractor to others"

"Buyer beware!! DO NOT use Rite Window & Bath Slapdash Installation Faulty shower design, poor workmanship, as well as mismatched and defective Kohler products. The Rite Window and Bath managers demonstrated little respect, were dismissive of our concerns, and minimized the structural flaws and poor workmanship. When it was apparent Rite Window and Bath were not going to adequately address our concerns, we filed a complaint with Kohler Customer Care. The result of their investigation resulted in the removal of the shower and reinstall with a new design. While the reinstalled shower design is better than the original, it is still far from quality workmanship."

"The company installed the windows several years ago and we really like the quality of the windows and the installers. Respectful of property. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."

These two gentlemen were are very experienced and have many years under their belts and they are employed by Morgan Exteriors and have been for many years, it showed. That consistency, workmanship and professionalism completely convinced me of Morgan Exteriors warranty not just on the windows but the workmanship of the install. This took the fear of some of these other window installer businesses away completely. What I didn?t want is a company who installed a certain brand of window and that company hired inexperienced contractors not to be heard from again. The final project came out spectacular!!!!"
