"Vladimir came the day after we reported the issue. After inspecting the roof, he determined the source of the leak was a rusted nail under a shingle next to the fan's vent housing. Having silicone caulk in his truck, Vladimir offered to take care of the problem which he said was a simple fix. He sealed around all pipe and vent penetrations at no charge."

"Highly professional work, excellent service and first-rate communications with the customer at every step of the job. This is B and L and I recommend them highly. They did two jobs for us, and exceeded our expectations at each stage. First, they had to remove all siding on one side of our house, which the previous owner had not installed properly, cut and fit many new pieces and re-install the rest according to code. Our second job was to power wash the entire house, including gutters and fencing. This was done beautifully and when Damien, B&L's owner, saw that a few of our front step stones were loose, on his own (and without charge) he promptly got out his mortar gun and installed them right. B&L offers a full range of home improvement services. Our home is 104 years old and so we surely will be asking them back to do some more work!"
