We finally just finished it ourselves. He did a great job on the wood floor. Missed finishing nail holes and didn?t feather the wall paste well. He had to keep asking him to come back and fix it. Which he did and was very polite, but it wasn?t a cheap job and was expecting more."

They even took the time to answer our 11 year old son's questions and spent time playing a little basketball with him once the roof was finished!! The guys were always checking in with us to assure that we had no unanswered concerns. They cleaned up our property beautifully when they were finished and asked if we were satisfied with their work. Despite multiple follow-ups from September to November, we never got a response from Austin or the company. Now, we’re hiring someone else to replace the door and finish the siding."
