Steve, the owner, came to give me an estimate in plain no nonsense terms, explaining all the work that would be performed. He goes above and beyond what other companies do, sells a superior product and the job was 1/5 the estimate I received from another company the very same day. The crew arrived on time, with Steve's son Tom in charge and ready to work. Steve arrived during the install to join the crew. Steve and Tom were very knowledgeable and accommodating, making suggestions regarding aesthetics and function of my gutter system. I had new gutters, downspouts and metal leaf guards installed in about 4 hours. The entire process was worry free, from estimate to install to the end of project walk around. I would highly recommend Ashby Exteriors and would gladly hire them again."

"Kevin from LeafFilter came out to inspect my gutters. He was very knowledgeable, and informed me about the system I had, and that they were unable to service it if I wanted to keep my warranty. He also helped me solve a solution for a small job but big problem I had with one downspout. He also said that job was too small for most gutter companies, and recommended that I find a handyman to help me out. It was a breath of fresh air to have an honest, knowledgeable rep come help me out. I will consider LeafFilter in the future if I need gutter replacement base on this customer service experience."
