This was true from the pre-work site visit which was done with honesty and integrity. Patching a few areas would have cost less and wouldn’t have lasted but a few years. Joseph put the customer (HOA) best interests first. Our main road was rotting and wouldn’t last which meant repair would be a waste of HOA funds. Joseph was the only person out of 4 firms quoting who pointed out the entrance from North Territorial road also needed seal coating. The competence demonstrated from a 30 minute walk through of the road and driveways set HTP apart from 3 other bidders. Joseph provided written estimate and modified it with extra detail that I requested. It’s difficult to find competent firms and people with integrity. After which they ghosted me. Tried to contact them, even provided missing information to get the quote done, but never heard back."
