"I was very happy with my experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. First I met Levi when he came out (in the rain) to look at my roof and provided a great estimate. Next I spoke with Tammie in the office to get the process moving forward. My project got scheduled quickly and within a week I was meeting the Brian, Luke and the rest of the team at my home. The roofing team did a great job of protecting my patio and landscape. Each time I came outside to see what work was going on, Brian answered any questions I had. Once they were done they cleaned up and as I walked the yard with them and each time I asked a question or pointed something out they patiently answered all questions. "I had a terrible experience with SKM Property Maintenance and owner Doug King. What was promised as a 10-day deck project turned into a 7-month nightmare. Doug was extremely difficult to deal with—unprofessional, unresponsive, and at times, outright bullying. Midway through, he tried to pressure me into paying an extra $5,000 to finish the job. When I refused, progress stopped. I had to serve a Notice of Intent to Sue just to get it completed. To top it off, they placed the old, rotted bench back onto the newly finished deck—completely unacceptable. The lack of accountability and disregard for quality and customer service was shocking. I would never recommend this company. If you're considering SKM, proceed with extreme caution and get everything in writing. My experience was costly, frustrating, and not something I’d wish on anyone."

"I contacted Mr Handyman from Angie's List around June 25th 2024. Mr Handy sent me a quote on June 26th for $3360 for 2men and 2days to complete the job of building a sunroom at my home. I excepted and scheduled a appointment for work to be done on July the 1st. Mr. Handyman called me on June the 28th to reschedule for July the 2 2024. They showed up on the 2nd worked 5 hours and come again on July 3 2024 worked for 8 hours. Job was still not completed. I called the company on July 8 2024 to find out about completed the job, I was told that someone would be out on July 10 2024 no one showed. I called the company around 9am on the 10th I was told that someone would be out to complete the job on July 11 2024. No one showed or called on July 11 2024. I called the company on July 12 2024 I spoke with the Owner and he said he would have someone out on July 15 2024 between 8-10am. The contractor came out on July 15 2024 worked 3 hours and told me that nothing could be done about the leak in the roof or the stripped door handle and missing screws. I called back to the company talked to the owner I offered to send photos of the job he refused to accepted. I have not talk to or received any call about rectifying to problem. I would like a refund of $1491 to hire another contractor. I do not trust this company to do the job correctly."
