We specialize in decks, siding, dry rot repairs and remodels but as a General B Licensed Contractor - CSLB Lic. 1083145 - we do everything from fencing, painting, and concrete to French drains and everything in-between whether it's big or small. We do most of the work ourselves and, whether it's our own crew on the job or one of our personally vetted subcontractors, our GC Mike physically oversees all work to ensure consistency of excellence and even puts on his own bags. Our specialty is residential construction - custom homes and remodels. We work with local designers to help clients achieve home plans that meet their needs and expectations. We also are glad to give a price quotation on existing plans. Having 37 years of building experience in the Gold Country we realize the special conditions and challenges of construction in the area. As the project took shape we had several change orders that were seamlessly integrated into project.
