"Summary: beware of this company. They will make verbal commitments that they will not honor. For the prices they charge, this should have all been super smooth. Initial install was left incomplete after 2 full days when I was told install would take 1-2 days. The initial salesman didn't think my HVAC vent would be in the way of the vanity but it was so install was left incomplete. They sent out an HVAC company after I called multiple times trying to get them scheduled. The HVAC company closed current vent and created a new one. However, they introduced a pipe leak, which as of this writing, has been actively leaking for more than a week. I have been in the process of trying to get the leak fixed and have had to speak to multiple people, none of which seemed to have any effect. I finally was able to get the installers to schedule a date to finish the incomplete portions of job, but it's a month after initial install date. As of this writing, I'm not sure how that will go."

The installer was clean and neat and took care of all cleanup. We have used it for 4 months and very pleased. We also feel it was a safety upgrade as the walk in does not require a high step in and out and very comfortable. We would recommend this bath up grade."

I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need.
