"Well worth the money. Jeff and his crew were responsive and professional every step of the way. I have a small (6' x 6') bathroom. I wanted to rip out the old bathtub and outdated tile and put in a modern walk-in shower. Jeff advised on the layout, I picked out the materials, and a few weeks later it was demo day. The whole process took about 3 months, but part of the delay had to do with the city of Boston's permitting process. I'll be hiring Jeff again the next time I do a renovation project."

Ryan and Rob were quick on responding the moment I put in the estimate request and they came over the same day just to get an idea if the work could be done. We went over multiple details and they were ready to get started quickly. Work estimate was on par with what others were indicating but with Level Builders I felt like I was being listened to, and working with what I needed versus steering me elsewhere. Project took a little longer than expected since we changed the format a bit and decided to turn that projected half bath into a full bath with washer and dryer hookups. Whenever an issue arose during the construction, I was always informed immediately and asked what I wanted to do. I felt like I had a say in everything all throughout.
