He explained the process with great detail, listened to my concerns about the conception of the project and communicated in a timely and professional manner throughout! I was reluctant to do any additional work on my house because of previous experience but this time with Will and Providence it was an absolute pleasure and I would 100% call him first before any home project I may have. The crew was on time, punctual, respectful and did exactly what he said they were going to do. My storm shelter was installed in one day and this included taking down and putting back up my fence! The site was cleaned very well and it was like nothing happened to the fence which I was very happy about! Highly recommend these guys! Thanks again!"

"I reviewed and got several quotes before choosing The Covered Patio company. The project included the addition of the shed roof(plus shingling), then framing/screening the entire structure. From sales to project management to the installation team, everyone involved was professional and very personable. The project began on time and was completed in the predetermined 2-day time frame. The installation team showed up when they said they would and worked diligently. I was asked for my preferences on a few minor decisions vs. the installers making the decision. I was very pleased with that vs. having it done one way then not liking what they did. Other companies should model The Covered Patio because this went as smooth as possible and looks terrific. I now have neighbors considering enclosing their covered patios due to seeing the great work this company does. This is a local company and everyone takes great pride in their work. "We have a home that was built in 1930, that is loaded with charm but needed some adapting to our family’s needs. It had two too many doors and one large window that we never used because it looked directly at the neighbor’s driveway! We also needed to have new windows and floors installed, custom bookshelves built, and of course new paint. We decided to hire Fred because from Day One you could tell he was someone that was knowledgable and someone you can trust. Having someone you can trust to do projects in your home is so important because they become a part of your lives for at least a month or so! Fred took care of everything: the supples, installation, paint, and making sure that the brick installers completed the job successfully as well. I now have an office that used to be an “all weather” porch that I can actually be in all day, another office/second bedroom that has more wall space thanks to the seamless work Fred did in closing up a large window and door (not to mention it was with plaster!) He was really precise in doing “delicate demo” since we were trying to save as much of the old house charm as possible. We were even able to use one of the doors in my new office, and it looks beautiful. Cost wise, everything was up front and there were no surprises (even though he was very gracious about us adding items along the way (like extra plugs and installing a storm door). We also had our attic re-insulated and part of our floor lifted which Fred took care of as well. He communicated with us every step along the way, which is also so important. We hope to have a custom closet installed in the near future and will definitely call Fred to do that project as well! 10/10 recommend Fred Oakley for your home renovations!"

They brought in top soil and leveled out a section of yard that was prone to flooding and also created a berm to prevent excess water entering my yard. They also seeded and strawed area. I would hire them again for future projects."
