He did a great job explaining what was involved in the job and he kept me informed throughout about the progress of the job and some of the challenges involved. He works hard. "We hired LI Developers to replace a large 2 tier wooden deck with a smaller composite deck. Then we found out they also do pavers. Long story short, Jakob and his crew transformed our backyard into a stunning outdoor space (deck/paver patio) that exceeded my expectations. Jakob is knowledgeable, honest, and wonâ t cut corners. He spent so much time talking to us (on the phone and in person) to understand what we wanted so we would be happy with the final result.
