"I do not recommend this contractor. I recently bought a house in Ridgefield ct, so I hired this company to paint several rooms in the house. And because I didn't move yet, so they work unsupervised. They didn't know I had surveillance cameras all over. So I noticed this: THE BAD I capture unprofessional behavior. first, the painters went to rooms they were not supposed to enter, then they use my ladder without my authorization, and lastly, one of them smoked in my balcony. (when I confront the contractor, he said that if they smoke outside is not a problem....fire hello!! I was about to terminate the contract, but they were close to finishing the job) Most of it was of good quality regarding the painting, but they did not deliver the same quality in one room (my kid's room). I was even able to see the prior paint color. When I show this to the manager in the final walk, he said they already used three layers of paint, and to get it right, and it will cost me extra. I don't care how many layers they use; what I need is a good job! THE GOOD they booked me fast, and the price was reasonable. So, in conclusion, If you are not going to be in the property when working, be vigilant. And also, be prepared to pay more if you want a great job. I am definitely not hiring them again."

"Paulo from batista general services came out to my house saw my deck gave me a quote a price to power wash , sand and paint my Deck & pergola. I hired him. He said he would come on saturday @ 07:30am to power wash and sand the deck & pergola called to reschedule time to 05:00pm then he called and said he wasnt sure if he was coming .then he decided to come. he did the powerwash .then he said he would do the painting on tuesday 5/26/20 . On monday afternoon he texts me saying he cant do the pergola only the deck .I hired him to do both .At that point i decided not to go with them. There was too many inconsistencies he kept changing days he was going to do the project to not being able to do entire project that we had already agreed for them to do .. I would not recommend this service . I have an event that I cannot do because he bailed out the day before . Terrible service!!!! If he couldnt do the pergola he should of said that from the beginning .."
