"They were punctual and friendly, kept things very tidy. However, on the first day, due to lack of diligence with the tarps, our hallway and bedroom got rained on and as a result, a family antique was damaged. They took the damaged furniture to have it refinished (so it turned out looking nice) and they brought in a painter to fix the ceiling in the bedroom and hallway...but it was really annoying to have these added issues to deal with and the bedroom ceiling is still water damaged. Then, they told us that they'd need to put down new plywood all over the roof. They quoted us a price per sheet, but didn't explain how much the total cost would be. The plywood ended up costing $5,000!!!! We were presented with a bill that was $5,000 more than the estimate ($7,500), and expected to pay it immediately."
