While Crossroads was the least expensive I spoke with, they were also very clear and professional, explaining likely causes of my issue, potential other problems it could be, and the equipment they had to ensure that the job would be completed correctly and verified. He snaked the line and cleared the blockage, then ran a camera and showed me that the line was clear- it was nice to visually see that the issue was resolved and to know there were no other issues in my drain line.
