"Very well! My claim was submitted and within hours a technician responded and set up an assessment of the problem for the next day. Technician came out on a Saturday assessed the garage door opener, gave the information immediately to CHW, and within hours again, CHW confirmed that the technician could go ahead with his assessment. We then scheduled the replacement for Monday, where he arrived on time and got the job done effectively and efficiently."

"I called the owner Brian and asked for a quote for a new roof on the
front of a rental house that my husband and I have in Gloucester, NC,
because the back of the house had recently been re roofed due to damage.
Brian was very professional said he would travel to the house and look
at it and call me back with an estimate. He went out to the house and
called me and suggested that I re roof the entire house because I had
rotten wood on the back side of the house. He explained in detail how he
would remove the old roof and install a new roof which included a
moisture barrier that would seal the sheathing before the shingles were
installed. I live in a different city from where our house is and we
were able to get the contract signed for the new roof and he was able to
start the next day. His guys showed up as scheduled and finished the
house in one day including a covered porch and well house. Right after
this Hurricane Sandy came through and the roof is in perfect condition
even after the storm.

"I purchased an Angie's List deal which included removal of the old tile, installing new backing board, installing and grouting 40 square feet of tile, which covers the cost of tile, grout, & labor.  I knew the tile I wanted wasn't going to be covered and would have to purchase it, but I also had to purchase the grout.  After weeks of leaving messages and emails I was finally contacted to schedule installation.   They did a nice job but did not put down any kind of tarps on the floor or newly installed granite counter top.  It took me three times to mop up the mess from the floor & counters.  Then when I went to have the outlets remounted to sit flush, the electrician couldn't even move the light switch because the tile covered the screw holding in the switch.  ABX did come back out to correct the problem but I felt the entire process to be very unprofessional.  In the end the tiles look great, and they resolved the problems I had but not worth the grief and aggravation."
