The purpose is to just change the tiles as needed and to maintain the roof/flashings and seals annually. They were completely honest and hardworking. After a few roofers, UNITED PRO came by and saw that my roof only needed maintenance. I didn't have enough tiles, he brought some of his own, no additional charge. I liked him so much, I even had him repair my mom's home's roof that had a leak. Also, pricing is fair and honest.
