He noticed I had a fence on my property mind you the fence has been up there for five years And heâ s just now noticing it even though he has other clients on my street. They worked from the time they arrived in the morning until early evening adding the unexpected bonus of mowing the back and front yard. Don checked to see that everything was done correctly and to see if I was satisfied. The front looks wonderful and I am more than just satisfied. Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
