His communication was exemplary, and he was responsive to our questions/concerns, all of which he promptly addressed. You'll need some specific gear for post-construction cleaning. Wear a respirator, eye protection, and gloves. Vacuum floors, cracks, and dusty spots with a shop vac with a certified HEPA filter. Wet mopping helps pick up even more dust. Vacuum or shampoo carpets thoroughly. Running air filters can also help catch any leftover dust particles floating around.
