"When I told Marc I was on a short timeline to get the tile installed, he was able to get me on his schedule early. The work was done in a professional manner, his employees cleaned up at the end of the day and finished the job earlier than I expected. He even worked at helping us with repairing a broken tile on the shower at no additional charge. He worked to come up with a solution to try and save us money so we wouldn’t have to replace all the tile on the face of the shower. That is customer service."
