Each of their craftsmen were highly skilled, knew what they were doing, and didn't cut any corners. And each one was friendly and courteous to boot! I very much appreciated their attention to protecting the rest of the house, and they cleaned up the jobsite every single day at the end of their work day. Remodels are disruptive, no matter what. "Title: Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Service from Bell Brothers I’ve never written a Angi review before, but my frustration with Bell Brothers has pushed me to share my experience. In 2021, I spent approximately $18,000 on a new air conditioning and heating system installed by Bell Brothers. Less than three years later, I’m already facing significant issues. Last year, the unit was running slowly and struggling to keep up with the heat. When Bell Brothers came out to examine the A/C, they charged me a $99 service fee and basically told me there was nothing they could do. This week, the air conditioner stopped working entirely. When Bell Brothers came out again, I was told it would cost over $3,000 to fix the issue. For a unit that’s practically brand new, this is outrageous! To make matters worse, the technician suggested I hire another company to do the repairs. Bell Brothers has taken zero responsibility for the faulty product they installed, and now I have oil leaking on my roof, which the technician didn’t even offer to clean up. Despite how new the unit is, Bell Brothers hasn’t offered any discount on the repairs. I should not have to pay over $3,000 for a system that was installed less than three years ago. I’m urging anyone considering Bell Brothers for their AC/heating or HVAC needs to look elsewhere. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and do not stand by their work. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will be sharing my experience across social media, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau. Avoid Bell Brothers at all costs!"

"Everything went very well - I would not hesitate to hire Todd for any other project. He built a beautiful shade structure on top of a colored and textured concrete slab that he poured. I recently had him come back and add a matching concrete ramp/walkway. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. A huge plus is that he is very friendly and professional!"
