"Carlos was prompt and arrived at the time we agreed upon. After we agreed on the charges, he worked on my roof right there and then. Although his quote was higher than what I intended to pay, it was lower than 2 other quotes I received. The patch job he did was exactly that, patched up a few missing shingles. The quality of the job has yet to be proven in the next rainstorm. The one negative comment I can say is Carlos ignored both my call and text AFTER he was fully paid when I asked about the receipt he promised he would send to me which never did."

Unfortunately I was not pleased with the outcome and concerned with long term effects of a substandard job. I contacted five boros and they came out right away, I explained the situation they gave me two quotes, a repair and a full replacement. They were patient with me making my decision because I was experiencing family problems. I decided on the full replacement because of the 20 year warranty. They were professional and efficient. They kept me updated with the progress of the job. The next morning I noticed that they forgot to put the gutter guards back on I contacted them immediately and they arranged to come out and replace it. I recommend the highly and whole heartedly. I plan to use the to replace my house roof in the spring."
