I left to decide and came back and said forget it, Iâ m not going to do it. Then they came back and said ok, Iâ ll drop the price by $100 if you do it. This was still a high price, but being that they were here and would do it right away (rather than having to wait for a more reasonable plumber) I said ok."

No hard-sell to replace the whole line (unlike other sewer co.s). He gave me a price quote for both the repair and the replacement. All City crew showed up as scheduled, were pleasant & polite, kept me informed of when the water would be turned off and back on. Very organized.
