"I purchased a chimney cap, wind deflector style. Item was fabricated utilizing sheet metal. I received a free estimate, liked the quote, and contracted them to perform the service. Work was professionally done and I Am thrilled with the outcome. I would recommend Cunningham & Sons, and I will hire them in the future if I need their services. This is a family oriented business, and it shows in their work ethics. Customer service is outstanding as well. Technicians and Customer Service are glad to assist their customers with their concerns and questions. They were also able to point out builder deficiencies that were discovered during the process."

"I needed a fireplace burner installed to convert my fireplace from wood burning to gas. The first guy had out quoted me $1100 for just labor. Ben’s crew beat them by hundreds and was $75 less than other bidder. Kenny inspected, cleaned the chimney, installed the burner, cleaned up, and did a fabulous job. He even cleaned the glass doors that were sooty. Great price, great communication, great service. Couldn’t ask for more."

"During the busy December season, they were able to work me into their schedule to tepair gas log starter issues. Work was completed quickly and efficantly. Plus they went the extra mile to clean up dust, soot, etc. Based on their workmanship, I have scheduled them to come back in January to make improvements we have been considering."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
